Me&hubby have been doing lots of talk-talk about our future and all the stuff to come. Both sides of the family know that our wedding date is set. (yes.. I already set a wedding date regardless of being engaged or not.. haha) and that an engagement is in the process (but when? who knows. :P) and I already kind of know how/what I want my wedding to be like. (= I know what kind of flowers I want and a little bit of what kind of a dress I want! Teehee. Decided on not a destination wedding (seems a bit far-fetched) and just doing a traditional wedding.
Anyways on a non-so-seriousish note..
Tomorrow going to spend the day with hubby shoppppingg!! Going to go look for suits and stuff for hubby.. and some random shoppings here and theres. I know I need to get my BaB this month.. ><; Hopefully they still have the bear I want! =D
Started SC2 single player and so far it's pretty fun.. =D Definitely better than the first SC. Speaking of the first SC I hope everyone that is playing SC2 has played the original because I mean.. it's freaking SC! Plus you get to appreciate the time spent and length of time it took for the makers to come up with SC2 in sucha long period! Don't just jump on the SC2 hype bus because it's so talked about.. but infact go back and enjoy the first one and then the BW version and then go to SC2 losers! Haha.. xD I'm sure it would be much more appreciated since you get to see how it progressed thru the campaigns. (=
Also SC2 rules. And can't wait til GW2 comes out.

Birthday was nothing too special.. did spend the day with hubby but we were pretty tied down so we didn't have much anything to do.. however.. we will be doing some stuff this coming weekend as a little belated birthday thing.. hehe.. Going to this restaurant i've been wanting to go but no idea how they work.. but it's going to be a fun/interesting experience.. (=
SC2 came out midnight of my birthday!! EEKK! The game is realllly good and definitely worth the wait.. even though it was a long wait since the original.. )= My poor puter can't run it very well though.. my video card suffers a lot! and so much lagg.. it's soo hard to play with other people.. Been looking into upgraded my little puter and my brother told me he has spare computer parts and all I need to get is a video card.. which I think hubby is going to be a dear and get one for mee!! So a new computer is in the process! Yay!
Hubby's cousin is getting married coming labor day so me + hubby + his family are planning a road trip (another state, hubbys home town!) and it's going to be rather fun.. I need to buy a dress for the wedding + hubby needs to get his suit + accessories.. Ugh.. I really want my CL too!!!!! AHHH.. so much stuff I need to buys..... >< Hubby says we will be leaving like saturday early and the wedding is on sunday? and then some sightseeing after wedding (depends on the time/how long it is) + monday sightseeing.. then leaving that evening.. so much stuff squished into one weekend! But i've never been there so it's going to be fun! =D

Friend wanted me to come with her to the mall so she can go pick up her second (yes.. I am her official enabler.. I got her started in this mess.. haha) Louis Vuitton purse.. She got her first early this year.. monogram speedy 35 after I told her how it's not that expensive and quite affordable.. and she got hooked and the day after I told her this she went out and got herself a speedy.. Haha.. well today! We went to my favorite mall to visit the LV store and she tried on about 3 different purses but there was only one she really wanted but she was just trying on the others just to see what they looked like and yeah! Looked at the palermo (lovely!), delightful (not a big fan of this one) and her finally HG purse (Galliera).. gorgeouss! Just wish it came out in damier ebene and I would be all over it! Haha.. While she was trying on the purses I went over to the jewelry section and looked at the inclusion bracelets.. Lovvveee!! Fits over my hand and everything.. perfect.. totally want one now.. Lmao.. xD Friend bought her bag and she immediately switched out of her current purse to the new one.. (lmao.. totally something I would do) and yeah. Stayed at the mall just to walk around and do some shoppings.
Visited all the major department stores to look at shoess!!! Sadface they didn't have my bianca in my size anymore!! They just fly out the window so fast.. They had some gorgeous new fall shoes.. Especially the Clou Noeud Spike pumps in black... they look scary but fierce!! Haha... Looked at some chanel sunnies.. this time looked at some other styles.. the bow ones are soo cute! But friend said they don't fit my face very well.. so I looked for some other ones and they had these cute sunnies with little quilted detail on the side with the CC logo on the side.. adorable.. I think I like these ones a little bit more.. =D

Coincidentally while inside Macy's there was a MAC counter so I was just being hopeful and asked if they had lazy day in stock.. the SA was like.. yes we do!! I was excitedd!! They had freaking 7 in stock!! She asked me how many I wanted.. I said one for now.. haha.. but I just might go back and pick up another one for back up.. (=
Friend wanted to go to VS to look at the beauty stuff and I completely forgot they had their new pink dogs out!! Totally had to pick on up.. so I looked for the cheapest pink item.. which was this little travel size pink body spray for 6$.. picked that up + got my little doggie!!

I finally got my ELF haul from their 60% off sitewide sale!! =D
Sad thing is I am missing 1 item because they were sold out.. )= I believe it was their shimmer palette.. I really wanted it too! I think it was a gel consistency that was suppose to work as a under eyeshadow base to give an eyeshadow a shimmery look to it.. )= But I think the eye transformer does the same thing or similar of an effect..
Can't wait to play with all the colors!! Hopefully they will have another sitewide sale so I can buy the missing palette and some more stuff.. if it's good..

Eye Edition. Two browny cream shadows in this palette with an eyeliner and brush.
Eye Edition Swatches. This palette I can see as a everyday palette. The far left two shades are barely visible.. matches my skintone.. haha. first 4 swatches are the last row.. I swatched bad and ran out of room at the end.. haha then it swatches in order as you would read a book
Sparkle Eye Edition. One white and one light pink cream shadows in this palette with an eyeliner and brush.
Sparkle Eye Edition Swatches. Very shimmery and the colors are very vibrant. Can you see the chunky glitter in the black? Haha.. swatches in order as you would read a book
Basic Eye Edition. This one has similar cream shadows as the sparkle edition, if not exactly the same.
Basic Eye Edition Swatches. Some shimmery some matte.. very pretty colors. swatches in order as you would read a book
Eye Transformer. These are all powder.. I thought they would be like the shimmer palette (as in gelish).. Not sure exactly how this will work.. but I will soon find out.. I'm thinking maybe above or below the main eye shadow.
Golden Bronzer. The colors in this bronzer look very pretty.. I never used bronzer before so this will be interesting.
Blush in Candid Coral. Very pretty shade! Not a big blush person as I heard blush is for fair/light skintones.. I am fairly tan (or so I think I am) so bronzer might be more for me..
The cases for the eye transformer, bronzer and blush are pretty nice.. they fill sturdy/strong.

Had a good day with hubby today! Started off with us going to nordies so I could pick up the little lancome lush lash gift set they had for their little sale.. They were also having their free gift with purchase.. even more the reason to pick it up!! =D It has the hypnose mascara that i've been wanting to get but couldn't take the plunge in buying it.. and soo glad I waited!! The gift set they had has the hypnose mascara + cils booster xl + gel eyeliner + a brush + bi facil! Thenn on top of that the free gift with purchase you get to pick some free gifties.. I picked up this little serum thingy + blush + lipstick + samplesize hypnose drama mascara + bi facil.. again + a cute tote bag! haha.. Now I have 2 bi facils.. will last me awhile!! :D Can't wait to use the mascara (and wonder how the original hypnose compares to the drama one).
After the little nordies trip we went to frys to go buy hubby his camera that he's been wanting to get since it's been announced.. It's some new camera sony came out with that's a mix of a digital camera + DSLR.. it's pretty nice/nifty.. Takes some awesome pictures! He got the sony nex-5 18-55mm lens camera.. It's sucha tiny little camera.. when you hold the camera all you see is the freaking lens.. huge!! Haha.. now hubby is wanting to go to somewhere he can take lots of pictures.. maybe a trip to the zoo or aquarium or this park i've been wanting to go is in need! =D
Grabbed some lunch after all that and then we went to the jeweler store that i've read some really good reviews online about. From all I know it's a personally owned (no chain) jeweler store that has an amazing selection on jewelry + watches. I was expecting a hugee selection over bridal rings but it wasn't as grand as I hoped but they had some beautiful pieces! They had about 4 variations of the ring setting I wanted (only difference was the diamond sizes and how some of they tapered off and some didn't).. in the end I picked one that was a row of the same size diamonds in a gorgeous channel setting (not as thick as the one I saw @ robbins brothers).. looks more delicate/daintyish.. I believe the SA said it was .45 carats overall which is pretty good.. Once I stick in the center diamond it's gonna be over or near 2carats overall.. excited!! =D One of SA was talking to me & hubby about diamonds and how you pick the one for you and what you need to look out for and how the color of the diamond when it's cut perfectly can make it shine super bright and all this stuff.. a lot of information was said so my head was swimming with information.. haha.. but I definitely get better vibes from this store over robbins brothers.. we'll see!

Started off with me&hubby eating some yummy lunch at Maggiano's Little Italy.. I love their bread! After lunch we just walked around (my favorite) the mall just eye-shopping nothing in particular.. Visited Sephora to see if I *really* needed to pick up anything but I really didn't. I did need to get UDPP but I wasn't in dire need for it so I decided to just buy it maybe next week or so. (= Hubby was kind enough to buy my mom this urban decay eyeshadow kit for her (even though secretly I wanted it too.. haha but I'm still waiting for my ELF haul!). I hope mommie likes it.. She isn't into very expensive makeup (drugstore mainly) because she doesn't see the need in spending so much on makeup.. but yeah.. The palette is absolutely gorgeous... has a variety of nice colors. ^^;
After that visited some other stores and I bought some stuff at Lush for my friends birthday this coming tuesday.. I hope she likes it.. Lush has some really good stuff (a bit pricey) but lovely stuff!
Visited Louis Vuitton (of course!) and I looked at the stellar.. gorgeous~ gorgeouss bag! Hubby says it looks a bit old ladyish? haha but I don't see it! It's just fab!
Also went to Neiman Marcus to go look at some shoess! They had my beloved Bianca!! But only in patent.. but they had my size! I tried them on.. oh em gee.. they hurt.. Haha.. I have no idea how I will get myself to wear some loubs but I am determined that I will!! I also found some really adorable chanel flats that I musstt havee!! They were just simple black leather with a little silver chain with a little CC charm dangling.. adorable!
Took a little detour through Tiffany's on the way out of the mall (har har) met a really nice SA there that showed me all the gorgeous engagement rings.. Hubby's favorite is their classic tiffany setting.. It is just stunning.. sparkley and just.. gorgeous.. The one I tried on was just the simple tiffany setting with a 1.25ct round diamond.. It was bigger than I had expected and just... sigh.. it was love.. Haha.. I also tried on their novo and ribbon and their new embrace rings.. I wasn't a big fan of the novo or the ribbon (which I found surprising because the novo was my fave.. until today!). Their new one embrace was very very pretty. I loved the little halo setting it had and it just sparkled like crazy!! It sort of tricks the eye in making the center stone seem larger than it is but the center stone was like 1.5 ct itself with a halo setting = giant shiny rock!! Haha.. But still hubby's favorite was the classic tiffany setting.. I can't complain!! XD
Left the mall after looking and drooling over all the beautiful rings and decided to go visit Robbins Brothers because they were the only jeweler that had the designer that I just absolutely lovee! Got there about 10 minutes before they were about to close but there was another couple that came in in about the same time as us so we didn't feel too bad. xD Met with a SA that helped us with any questions and just some information about the rings and what they can offer us and all this good stuff. The selection for my designer wasn't that grand but they did have about 4 of the ring styles that I absolutely loved! After looking at each one I surprisingly landed on a ring that I didn't previously look at or considered but when I put the ring on my finger.. it was love! I swear the only difference between this ring and the ring that I looked at before (same designer, different line) was it had a bit more side detailing.. Oh by the way.. I love rings that just have such gorgeous side details that just bring the whole ring together! =D The other designer I looked at was Tacori (which is similar to the designer I adore) but their selection wasn't as good and TBH the rings from them weren't that gorgeous as I pictured from online.. but it's okay.. I bet it's because I was just too in-love with my designer.. haha.. I am keeping the designer name a secret for now until it's for sure *the* ring I want!! Hubby told me to make sure x10000000000000 that I am positive this is the ring I want.. turns out only 3 rings in 3 different stores (in the whole US) have this ring in stock so I need to be sure.. and quick so he can *ahem* get it.. Haha.. pressure!! =D
Overall such a lovely day! People say engagement ring shopping is long and very hard.. it is.. but is it kinda weird that I just landed on this gorgeous ring on my first trip to the jewelers? I think it's just cause it was love at first sight it just might not matter.. and seriously.. after looking at the ring I can't imagine getting another ring that just doesn't have the beautiful detailing this ring does..
Hubby does tease me that he likes the Tiffany one still.. but in the end it is his choice.. and i'm sure he is leaning more towards my designer than Tiffany.. cause let's face it.. Tiffany's is just very expensive.. (atleast the one I want is.. atleast 1ct.. 1.5ct is better.. and at Tiffany's pricing.. it's freaking 17k.. yeah.. I don't need that expensive of a rock.. I reviewed and reviewed over all the products that I was interested in and sadly half the stuff I wanted had some really bad reviews so I had to take those out and find some other stuff...
Wonder thing I found on their website was these "encyclopedia" eyeshadow books.. They were 5$ each "book" and they all have 12 eyeshadows, 2 cream eyeshadows, 1 eyeliner and a eyeshadow brush. For 5$ you can't really beat that! I bought all 3 encyclopedias.. There was "basic eye edition", "everyday eye edition" and the "sparkle eye edition". One thing I noticed when I was looking at reviews these encyclopedias have eyeshadows from their regular eyeshadow lines but i'm thinking a bit more product for each pan.. and for dirt cheap.. and somehow the eyeshadows themselves did not have such good reviews but the encyclopedias had really awesome reviews.. Haha.. wonder if the shadows themselves in the encyclopedia are a bit more different than the shadow singles.. Whatever! Doesn't matter!
This is my fourth order with E.L.F. first order being yeaaaarrss ago before they even had a studio/mineral/bath line! The very first time I ordered stuff I wasn't that impressed.. I ordered some brushes from their 1$ line and they were horrible! Really rough on my skin and just bad quality overall.. got some of their eyeshadow quads and some lip stuff. Second time I ordered I completely ignored the brushes and just stuck to the simple stuff.. like lipbalms, mirrors, tweezers and the likes. It was much better impression on me the second time around. Third order is when I was ordering stuff from their studio line when they had their 75% off all studio line products and I went CRAZY with the studio line brushes because they had some really good reviews on how soft and good they are so I picked up not one but two of their brush sets plus 3 extra eyeshadow brushes. I also picked up some makeup remover sheets (haven't used these yet.. but I hope they are good!) and their kabuki brush. I didn't buy any of the makeup in the studio line because I was really just interested in the brushes. So today is my fourth order with them and i'm pretty excited.. I bought all 3 encyclopedia eyeshadow books, a blush (studio line), eye transformer (studio line), a bronzer (studio line) and the shimmer palette (studio line). Haha do you see a pattern? I think i'm in love with their studio line! Their regular line hasn't really left a good impression on me. I did purchase some eyeshadows and lip glosses before but they were horrible quality.. no idea if they have changed their formulas or not but I don't wish to risk trying again.
Anyways.. I highly recommend the studio line brushes!

I was mostly on the look out for some lipstick/lipgloss from either sephora or the mac counter. And while walking around the mall I somehow ended up in bath&bodyworks... lmao.. I swear.. I never was like this with them because I really don't like their lotions.. but I am obsessed with their candles, body wash, hand soaps and accessories! Of course I couldn't leave the store without buying something.. plus I needed a new loofah.. :3
Spent a good hour and a half at the mall and then left because I had to do some stuff at home so yeah..
Pick up some cremesheen gloss @ the MAC counter. Shade is in Boy Bait.. a really pretty nudey color. The gloss has really good consistency.

I am currently looking into different ways to organize my make up.. especially for my brushes..
I've put all my makeup into this little drawer thing I picked up at wallie world that was like 4$ (dirt cheap) so I don't have everything all over my vanity table.. especially when I don't use makeup constantly everything just collects dust (eww) and it's such a biyatch to clean.. So keeping it in a little drawer keeps the dusties away. ^^;
I am trying to find myself one of those multiple drawer cart thing (like 10 drawers) that I can organize better each drawer to specific makeup types.. I am on the search! But til then.. this will have to do.. (=
The bottom drawer. It has my lipsticks, lipglosses and some falsies.
The middle drawer. It has my eyeliners, mascaras, shadows (or lack of) and one of my BB creams.
The top drawer has my powders, estee lauder foundation and primer. The stuff on the top of the drawer is my suncreen (shiseido) and makeup remover sheets and my e.l.f. kabuki.
I need to find a better way to store my brushes as they are still out in the open.. and they lovvee to collect dust! ><]]>Fourth of July!

Spent the day with hubby today.. Had some yummy brunch at Blue Mesa (new found restaurant that i'm currently loving!). They have a little sunday brunch buffet thing going on and you get free mimosa/poinsetta/coffee/soda/etc. with your buffet! =D Soooooo good! Hubby loves their mimosas and I tried their poinsetta and it was pretty good..
After brunchie we went to the mall to go visit sephora because I wanted to go pick up my foundation and hubby wanted to visit gamestop/barnes. I visited the MAC counter because I wanted to pick up Lazy Day L/S but they didn't have any! That's what I get for trying to get it super late.. Oh well.. I will just try to see if other MAC counters might have them when I go to the mall (if I do soonish).
After mall went to IKEA to do an exchange for my uncle that he needed. Then hubby got a call from his mommie and she wanted to go out for dinner and stuff. So after IKEA we went back home and hubbys family+me went to go eat some korean bbq. I wasn't that hungry (or was hubby) because we just had brunch about 5ish hours ago.. haha but whatever.. ate a little and then went to the market to buy some stuff.
Didn't get the chance to look at any fireworks or anythings.. )= I did see some on the way home from hubbys house but not many.. There was some crazy traffic going on near the highway though! Haha.. curious what ended and stuff.. oh wells. (x
